It is with great pleasure that we write this letter to recommend IMMA Co. for any projects in the
architectural space. As Project House, we have had the pleasure of working with IMMA Co. on two
special projects which are on the opposite sides of the spectrum to which IMMA delivered.
Initially when we met Sizwe, who is the director of the company. He was assisting us in generating
as-built plans for the West Park Cemetery building, which quickly turned into a project to do a major
addition. The project was complex due to its historical factors. However, IMMA Co. was instrumental
in achieving JHB Heritage, Section 7/6 and final council approval for the building works to start.
Due to the excellent performance with The Ohel, we commissioned IMMA Co. a second project,
which was a High-end home to execute. This was a 320 sqm new House for the Bhabha family in the
heart of Woodmead.
IMMA Co. had proven to be easy to work with. The design process was well executed and they
considered the client and divorced their ego when working.
We would recommend IMMA Co. as they have delivered on complex-sensitive projects.
My company Leanbiz Consulting, acts as principal agent on a number of industrial
properties within Pretoria on behalf of AMKA Products and the Kalla Trust.
IMMA, represented by Sizwe Mavuso, have been appointed on three properties in our
portfolio. These properties were older industrial properties, built in the 80s, which had a
number of changes made over the years. My client required all their properties to be fully
compliant with Council in an effort to get occupation certificates and minimize insurance
premiums and risk.
IMMA were able to support this process by having as-built CAD drawings produced and
engaged with council on our behalf to help facilitate the approval processes. In spite of
these projects being difficult and complex due to historical gaps in information, IMMA
completed their scope with enthusiasm and professionalism.
I thus have no hesitation in recommending IMMA to future clients.

IMMA Co. has designed 3 projects for META Farms, which are highly specialized GMP cannabis processing buildings. The 3 Phased projects included the following:
Phase 1 - Converting a 450 sqm existing warehouse building in a farm in Northern Cape into a specialized GMP cannabis processing facility., with external growing tunnels.
Phase 2 - IMMA Co. designed a Low-cost GMP facility made of shipping containers for additional Cannabis processing.
Phase 3 - The last building IMMA Co. designed for META Farms was a 450 sqm GMP facility.
